● receiving and responding to enquiries;● contacting the user;● clarifying the make, model, year of manufacture and other characteristics of the vehicle;● assessing whether the requested service can be provided;● preparing an estimated price;● agreeing the date, location and conditions of service;● manufacturing, repairing, restoring, replacing and programming car keys;● carrying out other work requested by the user;● verifying the user’s right to own, use or otherwise lawfully possess or control the vehicle;● preventing fraud, theft and the unauthorised manufacture or duplication of car keys;● entering into and performing agreements or contracts with customers;● managing business and customer correspondence;● providing information about the progress or status of an order;● dealing with complaints, claims and requests;● complying with legal and regulatory obligations;● maintaining accounting and tax records where required;● ensuring the security of the Website;● preventing technical attacks, fraudulent activity and misuse;● analysing Website traffic and improving the Website;● protecting the rights and legitimate interests of AutoKey and its customers.
